Types of Shipping we offer at My Mug Monkey

At Mug Monkey, we understand how important it is to get your order quickly. That’s why we offer budget, standard, and express shipping options for our UK customers. Budget shipping takes 7-10 working days, standard shipping is delivered within working days, and express shipping arrives in 1-2 working days, if you’re ordering internationally with budget or standard shipping. Please allow 28 working days before we consider the order lost.

Refunds

At Mug Monkey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However if for any reason you are not satisfied with your mug, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return exchange. We accept returns on unused and undamaged mugs, and will issue a refund or exchange upon receipt of the returned item.

Mug Monkey Return & Exchange Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

*Please note* Unfortunately all customised mugs with any personal imagery can not be returned unless the mug has arrived damaged
